Cancellation Policy

 CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens, sick kids, travel for work, or great waves can cause unexpected conflict with your hair appointment! We get it, but we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can fill your appointment spot.

The Rules

48 Hour Rule

If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment you do so at no charge.

24 Hour Rule

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service amount.

No-Call No-Show Rule

If you don’t show up for your appointment and don’t call to cancel you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service amount.

Additionally, our stylists are appointment based and block off a large amount of time each appointment. If they are unable to fill the appointment that was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, then they will be compensated through our cancellation / no-show policy.

We have a large waitlist of clients that are waiting for "life" to happen to someone so that they can squeeze in and get the hair of their dreams! Help us make lemonade with those lemons.
